If you are an old VyvoPay user, log in with the same email you signed up into Vyvo Wallet. The Odee system will recognize you by your email and your cards / bands will appear as active in the VyvoPay section, but you’ll have to verify via KYC again to unlock all the transfer limits.
To ensure a safe data migration from the old Vyvo Wallet to Odee Wallet, please make sure all your credentials and data are the same.
Please note:
In the case you are an existing VyvoPay user attempting to create a new profile on Odee with a different email, be aware that using even a single common data, such as the phone number, in the new profile will result in the blocking of the old VyvoPay profile and the subsequent failure to create the new one.
