How to enable and disable Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) in Odee?

To enable the TFA:

1. Go in Security page.

2. Scan the QR code displayed in the page with the authenticator app (we suggest using Google Authenticator).

3. The authenticator app will display a 6 numbers code. Type it into the Code field and click in the “Enable” button.

4. A pop-up page will provide your TFA recovery code*. Keep it safe, you will need it to reset your TFA.

*If you didn’t receive your TFA recovery code and you need to reset your TFA, start a conversation with the Support Team for assistance.

To disable the TFA:

1. Go in Security page.
2. Insert the current 6 numbers code displayed in the authenticator app in the Code field and click  the “Disable” button.
