The KYC is requested only once, either in the OdeePay page. Once done in one of the pages, it will reflect in the other too.
Even if you are an old VyvoPay user, you’ll have to verify via KYC again to unlock all the transfer limits.
1. Go on the OdeePay page and click “Continue” to start the verification.
2. The next page will inform you of the verification steps. Click “Start Verification” to proceed.
3. Click “Agree and Continue” to the second confirmation page. In this way, you will agree to the Privacy Notice and the Notification to Processing of Personal Data.
4. Select the Country of emission and the document type and click “Continue” if you want to continue on desktop, or “Continue on phone” to use your mobile phone during this operation. It is accepted:
- Passport.
- Driving license.
- Identity card (ID) .

5. After the document images upload, you’ll be required to take a “selfie”. It is a short camera recording of your face in movement. It can be done via both computer webcam or phone camera, depending on what you choose to use.
Follow the instructions displayed on screen:
- Find a well lit place.
- Look at the camera and ensure your face is fully framed.
- Don’t wear hats, glasses and masks.
When you’re ready, click “Continue” and move your head slowly in a circle.
6. After the selfie, you’ll be required to insert more data:
- Nationality
- First name
- Last name
When done, click the Continue button.
7. Once every step is completed and the documents correctly submitted, depending on the evaluation, your request will be instantly accepted or rejected.
8. As last step, if you had cards already added to your wallet, unlock them.
