What should I do if my Card/Band is lost?

In your OdeePay or VyvoPay pages of odee.com, you have the option to report a lost or stolen Card or Band directly, but please note that the activation of a Band is only possible for VyvoPay.

• Report a stolen card / band: in the unfortunate event your card is stolen, lost or damaged, you can block it. This operation is irreversible.

Please note: cards with pending transactions cannot be blocked.

• Lock your card / band: if you need to suspend the usage of a card, you can easily lock it and unlock it.
