How to reset Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) in Odee?

1. Go in Security page.

2. At the bottom of the page, below the Code field, you will find the “Reset”. Click on it.

3. Enter your TFA recovery code provided at the TFA enabling, then click on “Reset 2FA” button.

4. Once the TFA has been successfully reset, you can enable it again.

If you didn’t receive your TFA recovery code and you need to reset your TFA, start a conversation with the Support Team for assistance.
