My card is expiring, how can I renew it?

When your debit card, whether physical or included in your BioSense Health Band or Strap, is approaching its expiration date, you’ll be notified three months in advance:

1. Go to VyvoPay / OdeePay page. 

2. You’ll see a link displayed on your card/band: Card expiring soon. Click here to renew / Band expiring soon. Click here to renew.

Please note: although you can initiate the renewal process for bands, you will receive a replacement card for it, not a new band.

3. Click on the link > Fill in the form with all the personal information requested and click "Review Order". You’ll only pay for shipping; the cost of the card will be deducted from the final amount.

4. Confirm the summary and proceed with the payment.

Once you receive your new card, activate it as you normally would.
